We can supply GMV Power Units within around 8 weeks from receipt of order, with the possibility to improve on this timescale for additional cost. Please download the Power Unit Enquiry Form and return to spares@constructlifts.com.
GMV supplies a solution to most applications for hydraulic units, from small home lift units to large vehicle lift twin tank units. The service pressure goes up to 45 bar static at full load and 12 bar static with an empty car.
All units are always equipped with:
• Hand pump
• Emergency lowering
• Pressure switch
• Pre-wired connections to coils (5 m of cable)
• Y/D Start or Direct start
• Softstop
Options:
• Connection to cooler
• Motor wiring
• Softstart (recommended for motor sizes 29.4 kW – and upwards)
• Valve block heater
• Oil heater
• Oil cooler
• Anti-creep system
• Sound insulation
GL Power Unit
We can also help with a full modernisation covering all the above and additionally, if required, undertake the full safe decommissioning and removal of the existing lift/s, disposing of the old equipment to certified specialist waste and recycling centres.
Our directors routinely work with Lift Consultants on specifications, process and final commissioning.
Construct Lifts’ experience and lift modernisation competency covers:
The GL power unit is characterized by a new, smaller-sized tank to gain space and to use a reduced quantity of oil.
The power unit features the same range of components as the traditional 3010 EN line, in order to guarantee excellent travel comfort and reliability.
Like all other GMV power units, the GL version may be equipped with the traditional distribution valve or with the more sophisticated electronic valves.
It is available with a pump flow rate from 25 to 180 l/min and is designed for hydraulic installations. with a built-in machine room as it fits in our cabinet type C.
Power Unit F1
The power unit F1 is part of the range of GMV power units with a medium-sized tank, suitable for lift systems of 6-8 passengers and 6-7 stops. The particular design of the tank allows a reduced quantity of oil in circulation.
The power unit features the same range of components as the traditional 3010 EN line, in order to guarantee excellent travel comfort and reliability.
Like all other GMV power units, the F1 version may be equipped with the traditional distribution valve or with the more sophisticated electronic valves.
It is available with a pump flow rate from 25 to 210 l/min and is designed for hydraulic installations, with a built-in machine room as it fits in our cabinet types A and B.
Power Unit 3010 EN Type T2, T3, T4
The power unit 3010 EN is designed to ensure maximal travel comfort in hydraulic systems. It is available with a wide range of possibilities in order to combine power, capacity and size, for meeting every demand. The mechanical valve 3010 EN is constantly involved in any moment of the travel of the elevator, in terms of speed, accelerations and decelerations, in order to guarantee a proper functioning of the lift to changing pressure and temperature conditions.
For large-scale elevators, the power units are provided in a double version, with a double valve and propulsion system.
For larger quantities of oil, tanks may be produced in double size or in a special design and it is possible to install the leveling to floor device.
By testing every single part of the unit, besides assuring the proper functioning of the power unit, a pre-calibration of the valve with parameters similar to its intended use is carried out: the adjustments on-site will thus be simple and essential.
For large-sized elevators, the power units are provided in a double version, with the possibility of a double valve and propulsion system.
For larger quantities of fluid, it is possible to supply tanks in special dimensions.
Power Unit 3010 EN Type 2T2, 2T3, 2T4
For large-sized elevators, the power units are provided in a double version, with the possibility of a double valve and propulsion system. For larger quantities of fluid, it is possible to supply tanks in special dimensions.
Fluitronic Power Units MRL-T and MRL-H
Power units for the machine-room-less systems. Like other GMV power units, the MRL-T and the MRL-H versions can:
- Be equipped with traditional distribution valves or with the more sophisticated electronic valves
- Operate with a synthetic-based ecological fluid, which is biodegradable > 70%, or with traditional mineral oil
